This is a family-friendly country estate that dates back to the 17th century and boasts 15 hectares of grounds full with olive trees, woodlands, and fields with intriguing routes for walking and riding. The villa has a 24/7 English-speaking concierge and provides a perfect blend of modern conveniences and rustic charm.
Both the interior and exterior have undergone extensive renovations in 2019, bringing the villa up to date while maintaining its timeless appeal as Tuscan rural retreat. This lovely vacation property has white-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, big bedrooms, and contemporary marble bathrooms. The kitchen, which features a wood-burning pizza oven, was renovated in 2020 to make it suitable for eating in. All new Miele appliances were installed.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests with its 6 uniquely decorated bedrooms, spacious living areas, extensive grounds, and al fresco eating areas with Barbecue and fountain.
The pool is secluded and surrounded by a beautiful garden brimming with roses and lavender. The pool area can be made inaccessible to children by closing off the home and courtyard. WiFi can be accessed everywhere in the villa, including the outdoor spaces like the pool and garden.
Located in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of Lucca, this spot is perfectly situated for day trips to nearby attractions including Pisa, Florence, the Cinque Terre, and the Italian Riviera. At a short drive of about five minutes, you can reach numerous amenities such a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, and bar.
