No. The villas are managed directly by the owners or have their own management team. However, we are in direct contact with the owners, and no other individuals or businesses are interfering with the booking process.

With regard to your pet, if this is not mentioned in the description, please inquire and we will notify you accordingly. In most cases, it is determined by a variety of factors such as the specified period, privacy, and the size of your pet.

You will be required to complete a questionnaire in order for us to verify some factors that will result in the proper villa-match.

The next step is for our team to contact you in order to communicate the booking policy for the selected property.

This must be validated with the selected villa’s booking policy. A non-refundable prepayment of $30 (or 50% in some situations) is required at the time of booking. The balance will be paid off via bank transfer in accordance with the conditions of the aforementioned policy.

The majority of our villas are rented on a weekly basis. There may be some flexibility in terms of check in and check out dates in some circumstances. This eventually occurs largely in the lower season. Nonetheless, we urge that you double-check for any availability via the villa’s calendar or by emailing us.

A rental agreement must be signed in this case. This will confirm: • the stay dates, • the health and safety protocol, • the amenities.

Not all properties are wheelchair accessible or have amenities for people with disabilities. We will endeavor to satisfy your demands in the best way possible based on your request and available dates.
