Situated on a hilltop above the city of Chania, the three-story Villa Terra Creta features tasteful interiors and five elegantly appointed bedrooms (including a separate studio), and it is perfect for hosting special occasions, corporate parties, weddings, and social gatherings with a capacity of 11 guests thanks to its unique location. Even during the cooler months, this could be your ideal getaway. Consider that Crete has all year round a rather mild climate while the pool can be heated at your convenience upon request.

Wood, natural stone, and water all work together to create an harmonious environment that complements its surroundings—in this case, the green of the pine forest and the azure of the Aegean Sea. Its natural cave and original historical building from the Ottoman Empire are two of its most distinctive features. Covered and open patios, verandas, pavilions, multiple dining areas, sundecks, and lounges by the pool can be found on each of the three floors, and a charming stone-built footpath winds through the upper level’s mature gardens, which harmoniously merge with the lower level’s eclectic landscape design.

The modern buildings are designed with the occupants’ comfort, ease, and luxury in mind. This villa features three stories. It ensures privacy in each of the 5 bedrooms spread out over the property’s 3 levels, and inspires conviviality in the many communal spaces, which are adorned with works of original art and furnished with items from the owners’ personal collection. The amphitheatric design allows for easy access to the outside from any floor, while also providing an abundance of natural light, air conditioning, and radiant floor heating throughout the building.

On the ground floor, there is a two-room studio that can be accessed separately from the main villa. The studio has a fully functional kitchenette, a living space with a semi-double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A set of outdoor eating chairs and a table are available for your use. The apartment can be hired for an extra fee and is perfect for support personnel or tenants who want some alone time during a group visit.
