Villa “Due Esse A,” a three-story, six-bedroom villa. Leave via that door to get to the pool and the patio. There is 1 air-conditioned, double-bed room with a private bathroom that includes a shower and a toilet. Leave through the patio doors and head down to the pool. Guests have access to a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, including an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee maker. Go out the doorway and proceed to the pool. Studio with 2 beds, dining table, kitchen area, flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning; located on the ground level (open staircase).   A huge double bedroom equipped with air conditioning, a shower, and a toilet can be found on the second level. Step out here on the balcony. There is one air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a shower, and a bathroom. High ceilings ceilings and wooden subfloors. Supersized outdoor space consisting of both balcony and terrace. There is a portable grill, eight lounge chairs, a covered veranda, and a terrace. A breathtaking vista of the bay.

This semi-detached, three-story property, was constructed in 2021 and features high-end amenities and a natural setting. In the property, there are actually two separate homes. It is located on the outskirts of Syvota, about 1.3 kilometers from the town center, in a peaceful, sunny, traffic-calmed location, 250 meters from the sea and about 1.7 kilometers from the beach.
