Villa Due Esse G is part of a twin villas complex which give an enticing view of the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea and the Syvota bay. Both villas were recently built on the hill of Syvota. Every single guest is immediately mesmerized by the brilliant light. There is a minimalistic architectural style that not only fits in with the surroundings but also gives all the conveniences that one would expect from a contemporary home. They are located a short distance from one another and provide complete seclusion. The villa has a surface area of 200 square meters, and it is large enough to accommodate up to 8 people.
Each home has three levels, all of which are outfitted with complete oak timber flooring and staircases. Featuring contemporary furnishings that are rather stylish and beds with top quality mattresses.
On the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a master bedroom with a private bathroom. On the first floor, there are two master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a large balcony with a breathtaking view of the Sivota harbor and the gorgeous night sky. On the lower level, which receives enough natural light, there is a big area which includes one master bedroom with a playroom, a private bathroom, a fitness center, and an additional kitchen that is completely stocked with all of the necessary appliances.
