About the Accomodation

This stunning 135-square-meter GORGEOUS LUXURY VILLA ON THE HILL OVERLOOKING LYGIA & PARADISOS BAY debuted in July 2021 and can accommodate 6 to 8 guests.Guests can access the property via a private driveway; there is ample parking, and two sets of steps wrap around the exterior space and lead to the villa. The crystal clear waters of our pool and the beautiful surroundings inspired our choice of materials, which include impressive black marbled steps and dark grey structural elements.
The infinity semi-circular pool at ESTELLA features double jets at both levels. Unique in its design, the pool’s lower half features a beautiful cascade that guests can admire while swimming.

The pool area features modern sunbeds, a built-in bench for lounging, showers, a shared round table for meals, and a Broil King grill for the best in outdoor cooking and dining.
There are three double beds spread over the home’s three bedrooms (one queen and two king size). The private bathrooms in each of our rooms add to our visitors’ sense of security and seclusion. See the sunrise and the ocean in all their glory via the ultra-thin, frameless windows.
All the bedrooms have their own private terraces outfitted with everything you may need for a relaxing sunbathing or dining experience. All of the terraces lead down to the swimming pool, the main attraction of the Villa with a unique view of the bay beneath.
Our modern interior architectural design has beautifully polished exposed concrete on walls and ceilings, and our brightly colored furnishings compliment this streamlined aesthetic.
There is a shared living area in the villa with a sofa bed, fireplace, dining table, kitchen, and a fourth bathroom.
Two coupola windows and a glass top staircase inside the house let in natural light and help to make this a high-end, contemporary option for a memorable getaway.
Finally, you may relax in the luxury of our 100% cotton, luscious mattress while basking in the cool air of our VRV system, which has been strategically installed for your convenience.
