Located on a hill above Mykonos Town and Little Venice, this luxurious mansion provides a sweeping panorama of the harbor and its incoming vessels. There are breathtaking sunset views from the Villa, and the nearby Cyclades islands and islets. This unique estate was built to be in harmony with its native habitat, while the infinity pool,  is enclosed by rounded rock formations, will make you feel as though you’re floating over the clear blue waves of Mykonos. The beautiful white sugar cube home has more than a dozen luxurious chill-out zones, including wide terraces, perfect for endless sunbathing, lounging, and romantic alfresco dining. Savor a drink as the sun sets and listen to the reeds swaying rhythmically below you as the wind blows through them. Not only do guests marvel at the villa’s picture-perfect location, but also at how well the owner has managed to combine traditional Cycladic style with modern conveniences. Large windows throughout bring the sea and the whitewashed village of Mykonos inside, making the space feel airy and relaxing. The wooden chestnut ceilings, antique California marble floors, and stylish wooden furnishings in the living rooms all contribute to the island vibe. The beautiful arch that separates the living area from the open plan kitchen is another hallmark of this space’s design. The main building has five tastefully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, wooden ceiling, marble floors, and beautiful sea view; the Guesthouse, which can sleep up to four people, shares the same tasteful decor and meticulous attention to detail. This villa is perfect for the most discerning of guests due to its outstanding blend of stunning views, Cycladic beauty, modern conveniences, complete privacy, and high standards of luxury. Located on a land area of about 4,400 square meters, this is the perfect place for accommodating large families or groups of friends on their Mykonos vacation (from 10 up to 14pp). The primary Villa is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home (605 sq. m.) that can sleep ten people. Separate from the main building, the Guesthouse’s 60 square meters of space may shelter a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The full-time personnel can make use of a fully-equipped Studio (25 square meters) as well (housekeeper). Only 500 meters separate you from the closest tiny beach, and just 200 separate you from the nearest helipad. Up to 20 guests can enjoy the villa’s infinity pool, which is surrounded by granite rocks, Pool Bar, big pergolas with wind shields, and a dozen patios & loungers. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, there is Wi-Fi and satellite television, and a dedicated parking area. Other amenities include a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. The Villa is three stories tall, with the master suite located on the third floor (80 square meters). This floor also has a hall-dressing area and two private verandas with a breathtaking panorama. The open-concept kitchen, very roomy living and dining areas, hall, fireplace, WC, wide pergolas, verandas, several terraces, BBQ, pool-bar, and views of the sea and the breathtaking sunsets can all be found on the entry level, which is also next to the pool. All four of the double-bed-equipped bedrooms are on the ground floor, and their square footage ranges from 27 to 16 to 25 square meters. Each room features a private bathroom, air conditioning, a terrace, and a stunning view of the ocean. For your convenience, this floor also serves as the Villa’s second entrance.
