Guests of the villa can easily stroll to both the town of Mykonos and a neighboring beach, from which they may enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean sunset.

Modern conveniences abound in Villa, guaranteeing that even the pickiest of guests will feel pampered during their visit. You and up to nine other guests can rest easy in the villa’s five suites and indulge in the villa’s first-rate services and amenities.

Cocktails by the pool, massage services, and five-star restaurant quality meals made by one of the private chefs are all options for your stay. Nothing will be out of your reach with the help of our concierge services.

Total Staff Members (included in the rental rate) 2 live in staff in a separate house on the property.

Housekeeping: Working hours 7am to 3 pm and 6pm to 12 midnights. These includes daily housekeeping and turndown service.

Chef/Cook services: Breakfast is complimentary (9:30am to 11:30am however this is flexible based on client’s schedule) and chef/cook service for dinner. We offer complimentary homemade biscuits, coffee and tea throughout the day.

Security: 24 hours Gardener: Maintained by the staff on a daily basis

Caretaker: Working hours 7am to 3 pm and 6pm to 12 midnights (Flexible based on client’s needs)

Concierge: Staff will be able to assist

Pool Keeper: Maintained by the staff on a daily basis

Maintenance Technician: Please inform the housekeepers if anything does not work.

Please note there is a large generator on the property for back up, as there can be several black outs in July and August during the busy summer tourism period.
