Villa Meraviglia is a fantastic, totally restored farmhouse in the midst of the ancient ‘Le Marche’ area, in one of Italy’s oldest settlements. A few kilometers from this old medieval settlement that defined ‘the Marche’s balcony,’ this old farmhouse was converted into a beautiful villa. The villa is surrounded by lush scenery and vineyards. In clear weather, you can see the sea in the distance from the villa. The absolute protagonist is nature, which embraces it in the most perfect seclusion of the nearly two hectares of property where the olive grove is the master with 200 plants, a hundred of which have just been planted and the remainder are half a century old.
Our home is open all year for up to 10 guests for a family stay, a board meeting, or for a small party to appreciate the tranquillity that Italy has to offer.
The villa complex consists of two totally restored buildings: the main structure and a charming, tranquil annex near the pool.
It provides a beautiful perspective of the adjacent village’s hills, which change color every week.
The estate is divided into two sections: the main farmhouse and the pool house.
The farmhouse was totally reconstructed in accordance with the historical standards of a typical Marche farmhouse.
The Villa has two levels.Both the upper and lower floors, feature lovely scenery that our visitors can enjoy both day and night. The living area of the property features some design furnishings from “Caccaro,” an Italian manufacturer of luxury furniture.
On the center of the stone wall reclaimed from the old house, a Focus suspended fire place, you will find a piece of art whose design dates back to the 1960s, invented by Mr. Dominique Imbert and presented to the Guggenheim museum in New York City.
Additionally on the ground level, our guests can spend an evening playing snooker with other guests and visitors on an original table made in 1958 by the Italian business Hermelin in Milan.
After a month-long refurbishment, the billiard table has been brought back to life.
The bottom level is completed by a bathroom with a washing machine.
A glass staircase and “pietra serena,” a local stone, lead our guests to the first level, which is totally covered with a wooden floor built with antique recovered oak beams.
Each of the four luxurious double bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a rain shower, bidet, and basin. Each bathroom has linen, towels, and a shower towel. Sleeping on a 100-year-old bed in our bedrooms will be a memorable experience.
The property is completed by a lovely cottage.
The home offers a fantastic pool area where you and your guests can relax all day. The draw measures 15 meters in length and 1.4 meters in depth.
The pool was designed to give you the best of both worlds. Nothing beats waking up with a morning or evening swim. The views from the pool are spectacular.
A waterpark is just a 5-minute drive from the property for those who want a more challenging experience. The waterpark has a lagoon, two water slides for children, and a canyon river.

We have reached an exclusive agreement with a local chef who can make food for you at the villa, in addition to the excellent selection of restaurants in the area that will serve you delicacies from local production and an amazing selection of local wines.
This must be booked three days in advance so that you may order exactly what you want.
We have negotiated a special entrance cost for you near the house, and you may pre-book a personal trainer. The gym also features a sauna for guests to use.

In 50 minutes, you may reach the sea with its large beaches of Senigallia or the rugged bay of Portonovo.
The Frasassi caves, with their wonderful natural splendor, are only 40 minutes away.
Photography with a local professional reporter, ebike rentals, local guide and driver, chef and service at the villa, private trainer at the gym+sauna, massage therapy at the villa are all available by request.
