This a newly built, contemporary villa that is child-friendly and measures 150 sq mt. It is situated within 4,000 square meters of a well-established olive grove, and it provides its guests with the opportunity to relax in a stunning pool. Despite its location, the villa is only a short distance away from the beaches, the charming town of Lefkada and its marina. This is an excellent choice for you if you value tranquility, proximity to nature, and peace in your vacations.
The Villa was constructed in 2016 and has the capacity to host up to 8 guests in utmost luxury.
It avails of four spacious bedrooms, each of which has a magnificent outlook over the olive trees. One of the beds is a double, while the remaining three are twins. Three of the bedrooms have their own private balcony. There are 2 bathrooms which makes the house suitable for a big group (with bath tubs and shower attachments) and one en-suite WC.

The kitchen has an inviting space and avails of all the necessary appliances.
You can also relax in the cozy sitting area, which has a fireplace and a smart TV measuring 42 inches. While outdoors, the villa provides an experience that the entire family will remember forever! There is a large outdoor sitting area, a private pool, and the opportunity to appreciate nature in a serene and isolated setting, while also giving youngsters the opportunity to play and ride their bikes in a safe zone. To be more specific, it offers its visitors two nice verandas that are ample in size, shady, and come equipped with seating and dining areas in addition to a grill.
Additionally, its visitors are welcome to lay in the sun on the sun loungers that surround the private pool that is tucked away in the olive grove.
