About the Accomodation

Villa 2S is located at  Siena Province, 68 kilometers from Florence. Typical of the region in every way, the estate has more than 400 years of history.  The surrounding area  is a village of around 4,000 inhabitants with old rustic cottages, historical sites, and rich natural beauty. There are 50 hectares, 7 of which are planted with vineyards, 2 with olive trees, and the rest for preservation. The winery is complete, produces two globally recognized brands, and accommodates visitors searching for a one-of-a-kind experience (“the simple and delightful life of the Tuscan countryside”). The houses which all belong in the same property have been entirely refurbished and furnished with remarkable elegance, both inside and out.
Here, you can enjoy the hospitality, taste some delicious italian dishes, drink wine on the terrace at sunset, and learn about the region’s attractions, which include restaurants, parks, monuments, medieval cities, churches, castles, markets, and everything else that contributes to Tuscany’s unforgettable landscape.
Villa 2S consists of three houses with different sizes, suites, and atmosphere.
If you’ve made it this far, it’s because you already know what Tuscany is like: a land of lovely simplicity. Nature, old cities, sunrise and sunset are all reasons to fall in love. People, families, and local customs also delight the senses with high-quality cuisine and drink. Furthermore, Renaissance art, secular architecture, and gardening provide everything a unified identity, a romantic, tasty, and one-of-a-kind atmosphere that enchants everyone. It’s love at first sight in Tuscany!
There is an outdoor pool, covered patio, grill (traditional wood-fired and American-style gas barbecue), gourmet space, wood-fired oven, and equipped laundry in the common spaces. There is adequate parking, as well as entertainment area and a ping-pong table. Each property has its own kitchen, terrace, TV, wi-fi, hot/cold air conditioning, and heating during the winter. The décor is rustic, as is characteristic of the Tuscany area, with the owners’ personal touch blended with cutting-edge kitchen and bath technology. Extra services that are hired on demand are an option (the guest chooses how and which ones he wants).

The biggest home, avails of four suites and bigger rooms, making it suitable for larger groups. The residence has a fireplace, big furnishings, and a fully equipped and roomy kitchen.
Casa 2 includes two suites with rustic style, antique furniture, and one with two single beds. Perfect for a family.

Casa 3 is furnished in a more contemporary Tuscan style. There are two suites, which are suitable for two couples.
