This is a Magnificent villas complex overlooking the beautiful bay to the northeast. There are a total of three dwelling units in the complex, and they are spread across two buildings.
The first structure is a spacious two-story home, while the second comprises two connected one- and two-story apartments.
The buildings are laid out horizontally on a slope, giving every room a breathtaking view of the ocean.
In 2017 the building was finally finished.
The layout consists of a string of concrete, minimalist blocks interspersed with outdoor spaces like patios and gardens. One of its most distinguishing characteristics is a series of inside courtyards or patios, typical of older homes in the area. Activities are held outside in this safe and secluded environment amongst plants and flowers, tiny pools, outdoor kitchens, and vast dining places.
Stone walls and gates, carved stone blocks for the exterior, ceramic tile flooring, cement mortar floors, doors, windows, and wooden roofs all work together to exhibit the traditional Patmian style. Everything mentioned above is an innovative interpretation of current architectural and lodging trends, with cutting-edge materials, fixtures, and amenities.
While all of the residences in this complex share a similar aesthetic style, their floor plans are all different. There is a wide variety of living arrangements available at these apartments, from studios to multi-bedroom penthouses, each with its own stylish kitchen and bathroom. Guests can always expect a one-of-a-kind, enjoyable experience thanks to the carefully curated art, furniture, and appliances.
Stone is clearly the dominant construction material. Natural or whitewashed, it is always changing as the sun or artificial light alters the color of the textured wall surfaces. The pastel window frames, native flora, connecting walkways and carefully chosen scenery all come together to create a magical ecosystem that seems like a real island.

The first structure as a whole is a spacious villa. It has a total floor space of 220 square meters across its two stories.
There are common spaces on the ground floor, ideal for hosting a big family or a group of guests. One large and one small living room, as well as a cozy dining space and kitchen, surround the front inner courtyard, which features an outdoor spacious dining area, an outdoor kitchen, and a small pool that is protected from the wind and hidden from prying eyes. Each of the two bedrooms and both of the comfortable bathrooms are located on the same floor, in their own concrete wing. The front yard is rather large, and both the living room and the bedroom have direct access to the yard and the views of the coast.
A third, private bedroom is located upstairs, up a set of stairs from the interior courtyard. It features a spacious en suite and is connected to the terrace used by the common spaces for lounging and dining.
