The luxurious Villa Sambuco is situated within the heart of Tuscany and features its own swimming pool and gym. The Val d’Orcia, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site, may be seen in all directions from the comfort of your private residence, which offers perfect seclusion and peace. It’s the kind of spot where you can tour the villages, go hiking, or just relax at home and feel like you’re living “la dolce vita” in the midst of the Tuscan countryside.

The two-story property, which preserves its original facade, has been fully reconstructed and features all the conveniences of modern life, such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and an infinity pool. Each of the six bedrooms at Villa Sambuco has its own private bathroom. Three of the rooms on the upper floor look out over the valley and land and are among the most spectacular in the house. Both of the downstairs bedrooms have their own entrances for guests’ convenience.

There is a huge, modern kitchen that is adjacent to a spacious dining area. The home’s living areas feature two spacious gathering spaces, ideal for hosting guests or just hanging out with loved ones. There is a patio near the dining room that is draped in grapevines and surrounded by rose bushes, and another patio by the pool, next to the wood-burning oven, which is ideal for al fresco eating.

The walls and interiors of Villa Sambuco come to life thanks to the owners’ own collection of modern art and the antique and contemporary furniture that decorates it.

Gorgeous views of the valley from Radicofani to Pienza can be enjoyed from the solar-heated swimming pool. In addition, there is top-notch weighted cable resistance equipment in the villa’s compact gym.

Because to its outside fencing, Villa Sambuco offers its guests complete seclusion.

There is complete serenity at this home, which is situated on a two-acre, fenced-in lot and where the only sound you will hear is that of birds singing. Wild roses, broom, prickly pears, violets, and hollyhocks, among other flora, dot the property’s wooded environment at different times of year. These woodlands provide an ideal habitat for a wide variety of animals, including cuckoo birds, pheasants, hares, wild boar, deer, and porcupines.

Terraces with multiple outdoor seating places and expansive lawns (that are automatically irrigated) surround the property. The house features a large garden with a wide selection of roses as well as a smaller, quieter meditation garden perfect for reading and resting. Two wide wooden terraces extend from the gardens to provide guests with a panoramic view of the valley and its neighboring settlements. From our own production, guests can enjoy   eggs, and fresh fruit free for consumption.
