About the Accomodation

The 200-year-old oak tree adjacent to the pool at Villa Iris is a distinctive feature of the property. While the pool and home remain untouched by the ancient tree’s presence, this brings comforting shade and a sense of peacefulness. You may relax in perfect seclusion thanks to the location and distance from the neighboring villas. Our Pavilion of Spiritual Arts and a shared Jacuzzi/Hottub are located just outside the villa. Below the property, there is a road that will take you to the exclusive Amoudi Beach in about thirty minutes walk.

The two stories of Villa Iris include three bedrooms and three bathrooms (ensuite), and are joined by a wooden staircase; nevertheless, each floor also has its own entrance. The home’s construction prioritized the use of local stone and other natural building materials in keeping with its predominantly traditional architectural style. All of the rooms feature huge, rectangular French windows made of wood that lead out to a stone patio and the garden and pool beyond.

A PRIVATE BEACH, underneath the villas, 200m high, 600m via a path in the forest, approximately 30min hicking, splendid turquoise water!! A NATURA 2000 protected bay -a nest for dolphins and seals!
