These magnificent villas are situated near the village of Potamia and Golden Beach in an incredibly tranquil area, between the mountains and the sea. The villas are located in the middle of a lush olive grove offering a laying back and pleasant vacation in stunning natural context, just a short distance from the village center.The complex comprises of four recently constructed boutique villas with scenic mountain views. They are surrounded by walnut trees, plane trees, and olive trees, and a walk around the estate will introduce you to lush vegetation and the friendliest neighbors: ducks and donkeys.
The villas can accommodate up to four people and are ideal for a family or small group vacation. They include all the amenities of a modern house, such as air conditioning, internet access, and a flat-screen TV, and its minimalist décor makes a truly relaxing ambiance.
The homes include two independent bedrooms: one with a double bed with access to the patio and pool, and one with two single beds that may be changed into a double. In addition to the living area, there is a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is access to the lovely patio and the comfy private swimming pool from the living area. It’s the ideal place to eat, relax on the loungers, and cool down in the pool in any time of day.
There is a store, a bakery, local bars, and other amenities nearby to meet your every need.
The magnificent Golden beach with crystal blue waters is just a 2-minute car drive and a 15-minute walk from the estate and is definitely worth a visit.
