This villa, set in an old factory, breathes history, and we invite you to experience it with great excitement…It can be divided into two completely separate and private villas, or hired as a whole – a truly spectacular retreat for an unforgettable wedding or a large family reunion. Off-season, we also host week-long spa retreats and cooking schools. The property has a sleek and minimal loft-style design, and it has been restored with a deep understanding of traditional Santorini architecture, using the old style of polished cement and eco-friendly materials.Parts of the old premises have been included in the architectural plan. As a matter of fact a huge piece of machinery stands in one of the numerous living spaces like a magnificent sculpture. The villa  is positioned just beneath the historically significant Castle of Pyrgos, so the restoration project required years of meticulous research. Local  artisans meticulously created the floors, mixing colors and cement to achieve the beautiful matte finish throughout. Santorini is well-known for its sustainably grown Cycladic architecture, but it’s not every day that you get to see one like this. To properly understand the splendor of the villa’s high ceilings and natural light, you must stay here – to live and breathe it. The terraces are your place to be while soaking up the greek sun.. Two pools will keep you spoiled… This property has been lavished with care and attention to ensure that everything is stylish and luxurious without being fussy.
