This is a stunning eco-friendly recently built villa of 300 square meters. It has been built on a land plot of 4,000 square meters and is full of remarkable bedrocks. It can be reached by climbing the steep slopes of Nites Mountain in Syros Island in the Cyclades. It is only 15 minutes from the port, yet it is surrounded by the wild nature of the Cyclades and fragrant flora. Hermoupolis is the capital of the island of Syros. The view from this unassuming property constructed from stone, which looks out onto the Aegean Sea, is quite breathtaking.
The expansive outdoor areas provide visitors with the ideal setting: a view of the sea and seven different islands, accompanied with a stunning dawn as well as a tremendous sunset. The infinity swimming pool was designed in such a way that it would blend water with the Aegean and the blue sky. This was done in order to excite the guests view and to provide a more romantic setting for them while staying at the property.
All the meticulously planned spaces are intended to provide guests with a high level of comfort and indulgence. There are three bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite, that can be found across two levels of this property. Each of these bedrooms has a door that can be opened to reveal a view of the oceanfront.
The property has been tastefully decorated with few pieces of furniture and is flooded with natural light. The living area features an angled window that provides a point of view that will leave an unforgettable impact on the heart of each guest.
