About the Accomodation

This is a unique beachfront estate. Someone would dare to say that this is the epitome of Luxury and elegance. The Villa has 3 floors, with the ground floor containing the main dining room, the main sitting room with two separate sitting areas and an ancient fireplace to warm up more chilly evenings during non-summer months, a small studio with a fireplace connecting the main sitting room to the dining room, and the TV Room, in addition to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with professional equipment to meet the needs of its guests.
The main Master apartment, with its kitchenette and refrigerator, private sitting area overlooking the main terrace, olive and palm trees, and the Gulf of Talamone, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, is located on the first floor. The Master suite features a vintage bathtub, a separate shower box, and two separate basins, whereas the other room has a recently refurbished shower that is suitable for those with limited mobility.
On the first floor, there are five further bedrooms, of which three have en-suite bathrooms and view the garden, while the remaining two have their own private bathrooms just a few feet from the room door and overlook the main terrace and the bay.
On the second floor are three additional bedrooms, including two with en suite bathrooms and one with a separate exterior bathroom. The two en-suite rooms on this floor are each comprised of two rooms, and both contain couch beds suitable for accommodating children or additional visitors.

The beds are king-sized (180cm x 200cm), with the exception of one bedroom with an exterior private bathroom that can accommodate separate single beds.
In addition to the one high chair, the property has two cots/cribs and two bed rails for children sleeping in standard beds.

The garden of the villa covers around 4 hectares of land and contains the front terrace, which is shaded by pine trees, palm palms, and wild olive trees.
Meals can be enjoyed in the shade and breeze for up to 20 people, and two connected external seating spaces are positioned beneath the olive trees, perfect for relaxing throughout the day and having aperitivos after sunset with a view of the Bay of Talamone, Talamone Port, and the Island of Giglio.
On clear days, it is also possible to view the Isle of Montecristo and the hills of Corsica, which are 40 and 60 miles away, respectively.
On the left side of the villa is a wind-shaded winter garden where midseason breakfast, lunch, and supper are served. Just beyond this winter garden and accessible from the winter garden, the back of the villa, and the front main terrace are a shaded Rose-garden, several terraces, and our vegetable garden, which produces fresh veggies for our chef to serve at meals.
The pool area can also be reached from the villa’s left side. It is approximately 100 meters away, affording both the Villa and pool guests solitude. The 18,8-meter-long and 4-meter-wide infinity pool is furnished with 20 sunbeds and 10 huge umbrellas. An external lounge area is also provided beside the bar/pool house where the changing room is placed.

Chef, Souschef and 2 waiters for lunch and dinner services at times predefined by the client (fe. 12:30-14:00 and 19:30-21:00), for a maximum of 25 people. Food cost are on the client (net price +10%)
