This piece of Art Villa can be found in the heart of Kea’s most well-known VIP vacation spot, the village of Koundouros. It’s close to other, similarly well-kept properties and is easily accessible from the main road, even in a supercar. Constructed in 2022 using only the finest materials, it was designed by renowned architects and features carefully curated furnishings and fittings. 275 square meters of floor space is available within.
From any point of view inside or out, you can take in the beautiful sea and sunset vistas that surround you. The pool is chlorine-free, includes a jacuzzi, and offers an uninterrupted infinity panorama of the sea (drinkable). A commercial ice cube maker may be spotted at the pool bar. This is a very secure and secluded region, with a partially private front road. After dark, the moonlight and lighted windmills create a setting straight out of a postcard. The sunbeds may be covered, and a high-quality sound system that plays CDs, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi-enabled music can be listened throughout the entire house and its outside spaces.
All of the rooms are air conditioned and have a king-size anatomic bed with bio cotton linens and towels, a private bathroom, a television with premium cable channels, a safe, high-speed internet access, a stereo system, and a variety of additional amenities.
Two huge, private, shaded verandas, a large barbecue, two large, private, shaded parking spaces, and two additional bathrooms (one indoors and one outdoors) round out the package. The huge living room features electric shades in two colors, and there are beautiful sunset views from everywhere in the house.
