40 minutes from Ioannina, the capital of the Epirus region in northwest Greece, is the village of Kato Pedina, where you’ll find the ZAGORI SOPHISTICATED & TRADITIONAL MAISON. Kato Pedina is one of the oldest communities of Zagori villages, another name Zagorochoria. The house is a 640-square-meter, single-unit building that was constructed in 1861 and refurbished in 2015, and it sits atop a 950-meter hill overlooking the village’s 4,000-acre plains, making it one of a kind in all of Zagori. The sightseers’ minds and hearts are eased by this picture. The house is located just across from the village square, providing easy access to the surrounding areas of Ioannina, Central and Western Zagori, the Pogoni village network, and Kalpaki. We have made every effort during the modern restoration to keep the building’s history and architecture intact. We also made sure to make it a welcoming place for guests by installing modern devices and operating under environmentally responsible, culturally sensitive, and guest-centered standards.

In addition, our location in the heart of Zagori’s tourist district affords visitors a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities well-suited to getting to know the area. The villa’s design and location in a less-visited part of the village, both contribute to the sense of seclusion and discretion that makes of it a relaxing and comfortable stay. Last but not least, the villa’s 640 square meters provides ample space for eight guests over four bedrooms and one or two suites, each with its own private bathroom.
